In the Spring of 2017 a group of folks from the Dripping Springs area gathered to discuss the possibility of starting a new Anglican church in Dripping Springs. There were folks from other Anglican churches in the in the Austin area as well as folks from the community. This group has gathered to pray and plan, mostly pray, for God to move and show us the way forward. At this time we gather in a home for prayer on Sunday evenings to continue to pray, celebrate Holy Communion and work out details that lead to a weekly gathering starting in September 2018.
Our Mission
To bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to the community of Dripping Springs. In partnership with other churches in the area, Good Shepherd Anglican Church will develop and foster a community of people who have been changed by God's grace and seek to be generous toward others.
